Football is a world renowned game which is played in many different countries like Germany, Italy, Switzerland, Finland, Sweden, Japan, Mexico, Israel, Spain, Austria and several Pacific Island nations.

Football is a very competitive team sport known for mixing strategy with physical play, let me tell you that for me football must be one of the most complete games ever.

Did you know that football was invented in the United Kingdom in the mid-19^th century? Yes it was, and it had its major development the USA in the hands of the college because football became popular in the USA when it was being played at colleges. It was around the first half of the twentieth century that football started having Bowl games which is a college football tradition. It’s only normal that people still take so much interest is college football because this kind of football is the root of football as we know it.

The competition is the Alamo bowl and this year is going to be played by team from the Big 12 and the Big Ten conferences. If you like football the Alamo Bowl is a game that you shouldn’t miss because of the history of football and because of all the excitement that game is going to create.
